1.      The buyer accepts full responsibility for this kitten and agrees to provide properly for its welfare.  It is understood that this is a live animal and is not considered to be a perfect creature by any definitions.  The buyer agrees that this kitten will always receive prompt medical care. The buyer agrees to provide companionship for this kitten, never leaving it alone for extended periods of time without human attention. The buyer agrees never to allow this kitten to roam outdoors. The buyer agrees never to declaw this cat and understands that declawing is a cruelty and likely to alter the kitten's temperament.

2.      The seller warrants that kitten is in good health at time of placement and all vaccinations are up-to-date.   Buyer will take this kitten/cat to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery/pickup Date: ____Buyer Initials: __. Buyer agrees to notify seller of outcome of the examination in the form of veterinary receipt and veterinary notes containing detailed explanation of services rendered within 10 days of delivery/pickup Date: __Buyer Initials: ____. Failure to complete either of the above conditions will void this one-year health guarantee

3.      The buyer will not allow administration of the Feline Leukemia or FIP vaccine to kitten, understanding these vaccines may cause harm to the kitten's/cat’s health. Administration of these 2 stated vaccinations will null and void this one-year health guarantee.

4.      The seller will replace kitten with a kitten of equal value if it should die of a genetic defect on or before its 1st birthday, providing that KingdomKatz is still breeding, and that the defect is evidenced in an autopsy report provided to seller from buyer.

5.   There is no return of the deposit as it is to be retained for liquidated damages.

6.      Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for any expenses incurred in connection with the care of this kitten/cat. There are no other warranties or guarantees. Shipping cost are the responsibility of buyer.

7.      The seller reserves the legal right to repossess this kitten/cat and the buyer will surrender said kitten/cat and all appropriate papers to the seller, or to the seller's designated agent, immediately, unconditionally and without compensation in the event of any misrepresentation or failures or refusal of buyer to comply with this agreement or if this kitten/cat is found to be neglected, abused, or ill due to neglect or abuse.

8.      Above kitten/cat is being sold as a pet without breeding rights and it is understood and agreed that this kitten will be neutered/spayed before its 6-month birthday. Buyer will alter this kitten no later than September 5,  2006_. Buyer guarantees this kitten will not be used for breeding. If seller does not receive veterinary verification of altering by September 15, 2006, an additional payment of $1,500.00 shall be immediately due and payable and this one-year health guarantee will be voided. If cat is found to have been bred, all offspring and the cat shall be immediately furnished to seller, at buyer’s expense as well as a $1000.00 damages fee will be owed to seller from buyer. 9.      Buyer agrees to pay for any and all legal fees and costs incurred in the enforcement of this contract. In the event that legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, it shall be litigated and tried in the seller’s state and under the seller's state law ( Illinois State , Winnebago County ) under the laws of the USA .
